THE WE is the first premium health resort in Korea with five-star hotel and hospital facilities. It operates “Wellness Center” and “Medical Spa Center” to provide various programs for better resting experience and health. All the water used in the resort is natural mineral water from the underground of Hallasan Mountain, which contains a large amount of bicarbonate, vanadium, and magnesium. These are ideal for the body to remove waste, recover from fatigue, and have healthy skin.

The heat holds 210,000 square meters of forest in the nature of Mt. Halla, allowing visitors to vividly experience the anions, oxygen, scenery, sound, and sunlight that nature gives them. The visitors can also experience forest meditation at Megawati Garden as well as explore the forest. In addition, the forest yoga program, which is conducted in the forest garden by feeling the sounds of nature, such as the sound of branches shaking in the wind, birds chirping, and the sound of streams flowing, is also an attractive program.
Above all, the "Haeam Hydro" program, a wellness program that uses natural mineral water, cannot be left out. The program is conducted in the "Aqua Meditation Pool," which is specially designed in the form of a dome featuring a uterus, and is carried out with the body floating on the water. Through stretching and acupressure, it helps stabilize the mind and body, relieve stress, relieve depression, and improve insomnia.
